All guests must be over the age of 18 to have access the resort.

 

Room

Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) per room per night and are based on double occupancy.  Other guest services, taxes and gratuity are not included. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates exclude applicable taxes & resort fees.

 

Check In/Check Out Time

Check-in time starts from 4pm.

Check-out time is 11 am.

Late Check-out is subject to charge.

 

Advance Deposit

Room reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit at time of booking. The amount of the advance deposit is subject to the first night rate plus tax for any room rate, package or promotion you reserve.  Some holidays, events, specials or promotions may have modified deposit policies.

Taxes

Room rates do not include a 15% city bed tax. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increase will be passed on to the guest.

 

Resort Charge

A Daily Resort Fee plus tax will be charged each night of your stay.

 

Resort Charge includes:

Access to our Daily Enhancement Classes, WI-FI, Local & 800 Calls, TBP Bikes, Tennis Equipment, Dry Saunas, Mineral Showers, Valet Parking and Shuttle Service.

 

Additional Charges

Late check-out charges:

12pm – 4pm is $75.00, based on availability

After 4pm one night’s full rate plus taxes & resort fee, based on availability

Check with the front desk for availability during the morning of departure

 

Additional person fee:

Room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $75.00 plus tax for each extra guest per night, check with Reservations for details.

 

Cancellation/Change Policy

For standard room type reservations, changes or cancellations must be by noon 72 hours prior to arrival date PST time to avoid a forfeit of the advanced deposit, first night’s room & tax. Our policy for Suite reservations requires 7 days advance notice to change or cancel free of charge and avoid a penalty of the first nights’ room and tax. Non-refundable rates are excluded and is non-changeable after the time of booking.

 

Payments

Two Bunch Palms accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

 

Third Party Credit Card Payments

If you wish to have your credit card charged for a guest stay and the physical credit card will not be with the guest upon check-in; Two Bunch Palms requires a “Credit Card Authorization Form” to be filled out and faxed, 760-329-1874, back to the hotel prior to guaranteeing a reservation. This form may be obtained by calling 760-676-5000. We must have the completed Credit Card authorization Form and matching valid ID.

 

Pet Policy

Two Bunch Palms does not allow pets on property excluding Service Animals. Guests who require service animals must make the resort aware prior to arrival. Guests must always have their service animal under control and the service animal must always wear its vest while on property. Owners of service animals are responsible for any damages that may be caused.

 

Smoking Policy

No-Smoking near public areas of the Resort or in rooms allowed. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be applied to the bill should you be in violation of our No-Smoking Policy. There are designated smoking areas available, please check with the front desk for locations.
